Panache Juice is rooted in the ayurvedic traditions of Southern Asia. Building on the food science behind yoga, Panache juice infusions are uniquely crafted to naturally improve the body’s functions and are tested by generations of family recipes. A good life is a life lived with purpose.


inspired by French elegance

Traditions are universal across all cultures. Panache hard cidre is inspired by French cidre-making traditions that date back to the 11th century CE and which are still practiced today at the orchards of Normandy, France. These traditions spread to other parts of the world through early US immigrants and colonization, before taking a hiatus as the country focused on the production of wine and spirits, only to be revived in recent years. Panache is proud to be a part of this revival, making the finest “prosecco” of apples that opens with a “pop”!

Minnesota has a rich tradition of apples flourishing in the St. Croix and Mississippi valleys. Panache curates the very best of these apples in its annual Cuvees, harvesting both cidre and non-cidre apples, to offer a selection of hard cidres for all tastes, from the brut to the sweet. We also take time to blend the robust taste of Minnesota apples with the vibrant spices and berries of our infused juices. We believe in propagating good living with what is available and present in mother nature because even the simplest ingredients can be a vehicle for sustainable living.

Apple classification today is still labor-intensive, subjective, and focused mostly on physical appearance. At Panache, we go further. Our Apple Optimization (AO) platform uses embedded AI and miniaturized NIR sensors to deliver real-time insights into the chemical makeup of apples-identifying their optimal end-use with precision. More than just a handheld sensor, our modular software can be integrated into drones for phased harvesting, connected to mobile apps for on-the-go grading, or mounted on pack-line devices for batch triage. This innovation allows orchard owners, CPG buyers, and food scientists to unlock sustainable value from every apple-preserving rural livelihoods and redefining apple standardization, much like grain is traded on quality metrics.
