A founder-led philosophy

Panache was founded by Ameeta Jaiswal Dale, whose work sits at the intersection of food, systems, and wellness.

Ameeta draws inspiration from Ayurvedic principles, particularly the idea that ingredients should support the body gently and holistically rather than overwhelm it. Her approach focuses on how ingredients behave together, not just their individual properties.

Apples are central to this philosophy. Beyond their nutritional value, apples act as a natural vehicle for other functional ingredients. Compounds like turmeric, traditionally paired with additives such as black pepper to support absorption, can be effectively delivered through apples without the need for additional enhancers. This allows ingredients to be absorbed in a more balanced, accessible way.
